MSCA Member Policies and Suspensions
The mission of the Maremma Sheepdog Club of America, Inc. (MSCA) is to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the Maremma Sheepdog breed. One way the MSCA actively protects the breeds is by establishing and enforcing rules which govern both the club and the members.
Misconduct prejudicial to the best interest of the club or the breed may result in an individual being suspended from all privileges of the club for up to 1 year; up to 5 years; or a life-time expulsion.
ETHICS STATEMENT: The MSCA recommends and expects that all members will conduct themselves in an honest, forthright, and ethical manner in their relationship with each other and the public at anytime they are involved in Maremma Sheepdog related matters.
DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES: The MSCA values each and every member of the club, and makes every effort to work with all parties regarding any charges or allegations. The MSCA Bylaws for Discipline establishes procedures by which the MSCA hears or reviews evidence of alleged violations of rules and regulations by members.
